Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and protective materials. Proof of purchase is required.

Definition of “Used”

An item is considered used and is not eligible for return if any of the following apply:

Restocking Fee

Once an item has shipped (has left the warehouse), all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If a cancellation or return request is received before shipment, a full refund will be issued with no restocking fee. Refunds will occur within 24 hours and take 3–5 business days to reflect on payment statement.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at within 7 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For freight or LTL deliveries, customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment at delivery and noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt prior to acceptance. Failure to note damage at delivery may limit our ability to file a carrier claim.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original factory packaging, and include proof of purchase. All other eligibility conditions outlined in this policy still apply, including inspection and condition requirements.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
