All orders ship from our distribution facility, unless otherwise noted.
AYA Robotics ships throughout Morocco and offers international shipping on a case-by-case basis.
Orders shipped outside of Morocco may be subject to additional terms, fees, duties, or restrictions. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.
AYA Robotics ships orders using a variety of carriers and methods depending on the size, weight, value, and sensitivity of the product. Carriers may include, but are not limited to, DHL, FedEx, Amana, or specialized freight carriers.
AYA Robotics reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and method at its sole discretion to ensure safe and secure delivery.
AYA Robotics offers free shipping on orders over 2 000 DH, which applies to ground shipping where available.

Certain products, including large robotics systems or freight shipments, may ship via LTL freight or specialized carriers, even if the order qualifies for free shipping.
For orders shipping within Morocco:
Shipping rates and available options are displayed at checkout.
Expedited shipping is not offered as a standard service and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Availability, pricing, carrier selection, and delivery timelines for expedited shipping must be confirmed with AYA Robotics prior to shipment. Expedited services are subject to carrier availability and are not guaranteed.
Carrier pickups occur on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders are processed and released for shipment during normal business hours.

AYA Robotics is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
For freight or LTL shipments:
Failure to inspect and document damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a carrier claim.
Shipping charges, handling, and logistics costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed shipping error.
Approved returns after shipment are subject to the restocking and return terms outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
